What’s what?

PMI-ACP is the fastest growing certification in project management which is universally recognized. Organizations that are eminently agile and accommodative to the market dynamics accomplish their projects more successfully when compared with their counterparts. PMI-ACP uses many agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD).

The PRINCE2 Agile® is the most comprehensive agile project management platform in the world, combining the responsiveness and resilience of agile. This platform is an outcome of exceptional demand from user communities, which provides governance and structure to agile methods and techniques.

Benefits

There is a huge demand for proficient project managers in several industries. Beyond academic qualifications, procuring a valid certification would increase your competence and employability.

PMI-ACP certification demonstrates how well you as a team member distinctly stand out in practicing Agile. It heightens your professional versatility in project management tools and techniques. In PMI-ACP, different Agile flavours are covered and assessed.

PRINCE2 Agile® certification equates top-notch efficiency. Its procedure is precisely defined, with a convenient set of templates, rules, and roles. All positions of the product development processes are optimized for producing effective results. PRINCE2 Agile® focuses on guiding you to keeping up Agile principles in your organization.
