My first-hand personal experience would suggest that it’s better to go for face to face training than online training because

    • PMI-PBA is a thorough and challenging certification
    • Online courses are very few and old and are not aligned with The PMI Guide to Business Analysis (2017), Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide (2015) and The updated PMI-PBA exam 25 June 2018.
    • BA roles in an agile setting are not well explained

    • Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide (2015)

Certified business analysis professional (CBAP) is a credential by International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) focus on business strategic level and operations. PMI-PBA ® is by PMI and focuses more on BA role portfolio components, programmes and projects (both waterfall and agile)
