Week 1 – Video Immersion Kick‑off
- PMBOK® 7 orientation- For those who doesn’t have a PMP Certification
- Intro Modules 1‑4 (all parts).
- PgMP framework primers
- Exam Content Outline
- Course‑Outline videos Part 1‑3.
- On‑Demand Module 1
- Sessions 01‑05 (welcome, roles, eligibility, ECO).
- Draft narrative + pay fee so Panel Review clock starts.
- On‑Demand Modules 2‑9
- Complete all remaining Sessions this week—no video backlog allowed after Sunday. ( Tip: Printout Course Handouts while you watch; and take notes)
- Submit your PgMP initial application and pay fee
Note: This is the time to ask for certificate of completion (30 PDUs) from PM Training School
Week 2 – Finish Video Course & Submit Application
- Main Reading Material
- 20‑25 pages each evening—not memorising, just mapping chapters to domains.
- Flash cards review
Note: This is time to submit your application for PgMP Panel‑review. Ask us if you need support in writing Panel review.
Week 3 – Focussed Quizzes
- Eight 20‑question quizzes
- Four per day, strict timing.
- Domain‑specific 100‑question packs
- 100 Practice questions PRGM Governance, Life Cycle Management Quiz
- 100 Practice questions PRGM Governance, Life Cycle Management Quiz
- 100 Practice questions PRGM Governance, Life Cycle Management Quiz

Week 4 – Mini‑Exam Marathon
- Mini Exam 1 (88 Qs) Monday – one sitting.
- Mini Exam 2 (89 Qs) Thursday – repeat process.

This is the time to book the PgMP exam at pearson Vue center or Online Procter from your home. We recommend to go to center for exam.
Week 5 – Full‑Length Exams, Final Reading, Booking
- Practice Exam 1 (170 Qs) Monday – simulate real test.
- Practice Exam 2 (170 Qs) Tuesday
- Practice Exam 3 (170 Qs) Wednesday
- Practice Exam 4 (170 Qs) Thursday
- Practice Exam 5 (170 Qs) Friday
- Practice Exam 6 (170 Qs) Saturday

Exam Day – Sit the Test & Earn Your PgMP®
Arrive early (or log in 30 minutes ahead for online proctoring), breathe, trust your preparation—and walk out PgMP‑certified.
